Samuel Ryder Academy held a tree planting ceremony on Friday 5 May, to commemorate the Coronation of King Charles III 6th May 2023. Each house within the school had their own tree planted. Thank you to all the staff and students who have helped with the mammoth effort, especially our wonderful site team.

Celebrations did not end there with further treats in store for the students: each receiving a delicious cupcake and commemorative bookmark keepsake. Thank you to our catering team for baking and icing 1600 cupcakes!
