Join Our Team
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Operations Manager to lead and develop our trust‑wide IT service across 13 schools. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and hands‑on IT professional who enjoys variety, leadership, and delivering meaningful impact.
About the Role
The role oversees all IT support teams and IT systems functions across the trust. You will line manage multiple IT teams, ensure service excellence, and drive continuous improvement in how technology supports learning and operations.
Key Responsibilities -
- Line manages IT teams across multiple sites.
- Ensure stable, secure IT systems and networks.
- Oversee the IT Service Desk.
- Deliver trust‑wide IT projects.
- Supervise individual school projects to completion
- Ensure data protection and cybersecurity compliance.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and suppliers.
- Develop central IT policies and processes in conjunction with key stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, a confident leader, a strategic thinker, and an effective communicator. Experience in multi-site operations is essential in the education sector experience is desirable.
