Business Support Officer
- Location: Based at SET Central Offices, St Albans
- Grade: H7 + Fringe
- Annual Salary: £32,790 progressing to £35,163 (Fringe allowance included)
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 32 to 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (Term Time contract with additional weeks can be considered)
Scholars’ Education Trust is seeking to recruit an experienced Business Support Officer to support our busy Central Team. We are looking for someone who has the skills, experience, and personal qualities to provide high-quality administrative and operational support across our forward-looking, successful, and growing Trust.
The person appointed will work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the Trust, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of Trust-wide processes and contributing to the delivery of strategic and operational priorities.
This is a varied and dynamic role, requiring excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be proactive, professional, and approachable, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
The role is based in our central offices on the Samuel Ryder Academy site in St Albans, with occasional travel to schools within the Trust.
A professional dress code is expected.
