On Monday, Year 5 were transported back in time, as they came into school dressed as Ancient Greeks. They took part in a range of fun activities throughout the day linked to our top including: writing their name using the Ancient Greek alphabet, tasting a range of Greek food,‘wine’ making through the art of crushing grapes, holding our their Olympic games and making the Parthenon out of spaghetti and marshmallows. The children had a fantastic day and the costumes all looked incredible!
