Leadership Appointments Strengthen Educational Excellence

Highfield 050We are delighted to announce two significant leadership appointments that mark an exciting new chapter for our schools.

Lucy Miles has been appointed as Chief Education Officer. Currently serving as Headteacher at The Highfield School, Lucy brings a wealth of experience, a strong track record of success, and a deep commitment to high-quality education. During her time at Highfield, she has been instrumental in driving high standards, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring excellent outcomes for students. In her new executive role, Lucy will help shape educational strategy and support school leaders across the organisation.

Following Lucy’s promotion, we are equally pleased to announce the appointment of Zoe Armitage as the new Headteacher of The Highfield School. Zoe brings extensive experience, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of school communities. Her dedication to teaching and learning, alongside her commitment to student and staff development, ensures she is well placed to lead the school forward.

These appointments provide both continuity and fresh leadership, positioning us strongly for the future. We look forward to working with Lucy and Zoe as they take on their new roles and continue to drive excellence across our schools.
