Oakleaf Primary School Marks One Year with Celebration of Growth and Community

Posted on 19/09/2025

Oakleaf Primary School proudly celebrated the one-year anniversary of its rebrand, marking a transformative chapter in its journey as a vibrant, inclusive learning community. Since unveiling its new identity last September, the school has embraced a renewed vision focused on joyful, relevant, and memorable learning experiences for every child.

Staff, students, and families gathered this week to reflect on the progress made—from refreshed values and visual identity to strengthened ties with the local community and trust partners. Headteacher Anjali Majithia shared, “Our rebrand was more than a new logo—it was a commitment to creating a safe, caring environment where every learner feels seen, supported, and inspired.”

A particular well done to Emily and Joel, who spoke so confidently at the event and demonstrated their excellent oracy skills. We were also honoured to welcome MP David Taylor, the Mayor of Dacorum Councillor Catherine McArevey, Neil Hassell (Head of The Hemel Hempstead School), and Trust  Executive Team Claire Robins, Matt Gauthier, Hazel Wale and Stephen Kingsley.

Located near The Hemel Hempstead School, Oakleaf continues to grow as part of the wider education trust, contributing to collaborative efforts across Hemel Hempstead and Hertfordshire.

Here’s to a year of impact—and many more to come.
