Springboard FutureChef

GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition students in Year 10 at Priory Academy took part in a competition by Springboard FutureChef to plan, prepare and present a main course for two people. The competition helps them to prepare for coursework next year in Year 11. FutureChef is a culinary competition run by the charity Springboard for those up to the age of 16 years across the whole of the UK.

We are delighted to announce that the school heat winners who will represent the school in the local heat area are:

  • Isabel J - Brie and cranberry stuffed bacon wrapped chicken served with duchess potatoes and garlic and rosemary tenderstem broccoli.
  • Paulina M - Garlic butter and prosciutto stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon with sweet potato fries and tomato, onion and pickle salad.
