Scholars' Education Trust to open new school in Buntingford

Scholars' Education Trust are delighted to announce that SET has been asked to open and run a new first school in Buntingford. 

It will be Hertfordshire's first zero carbon school and as such will be a trailblazing sustainability project for the county and the trust.  The school is due to open in September 2022 and will be a brand new build, meeting the need for school places in the Buntingford area.  Congratulations have been received from the Department of Education, Hertfordshire County Council, who appointed Scholars' Education Trust following an extensive competition process, and from Cllr Terry Douris, cabinet member for Education, Libraries and Life Long Learning.
